I have enjoyed my week off from work. I got to spend time with my husband, son, Mom and my in-laws. I spent Thanksgiving with the in-laws and ate way too much. So my break ended up being a break not just from work, but from my new healthier lifestyle as well. It was a busy week so that my exercise routine was interrupted except for testing out my mother-in-laws treadmill with the kids. At least I got a little bit of excersise in though!
So Monday starts it all over again. Work, better eating and running. Back to the grindstone, but at least I get to wear jeans to work tomorrow. Not my most exciting post and not the one I really wanted to post, but I just can't find that picture I wanted to use!
Get back to work, woman! You know I have to say that. I really do hope you get back on the diet. I am trying to eat healthier, too. Today I had a chef salad instead of chicken salad. I think that counts as healthier.
